Keith is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Law and Oakland University. With more than 16 years of broad based legal experience in a variety of legal environments including a large firm and as In-House Counsel for a multimillion dollar company, Keith has handled numerous complex high value matters.

Keith is a certified mediator and regularly serves as both a  mediator and arbitrator for local courts and for attorneys throughout Ohio.  Keith’s practice has primarily been focused on corporate/ business law, civil litigation, insurance, real estate and personal injury matters throughout Ohio and Indiana.

Keith is licensed to practice in Indiana and Ohio, the Northern and Southern Indiana Federal District Courts and the Northern Ohio Federal District Court. He is a member of the Ohio Academy of Civil Trial Lawyers and the Ohio and Indiana State and Mercer County bar associations. Keith has taught and been published on a variety of legal topics including alternative dispute resolutions, property rights, insurance, and personal Injury matters.

Keith is also an Ohio State Senator, serving Allen, Shelby, Champaign, Mercer, Preble, and parts of Auglaize and Darke counties.
