Emma C. Dahlinghaus
About Emma Faber & Associates is pleased to announce that Emma (Schmiesing) Dahlinghaus has joined the firm as an Associate. A native of Minster, Emma is eager to begin her career committed to serving her local community. She is a 2018 graduate of Minster High School, where she was a dual sport Varsity athlete and member of the National Honor Society. Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies from The Ohio State University in 2021, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton in 2025. While in Dayton, Emma was a member of the Leadership Honors Program, Dayton Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Women in Law and Leadership Organization. Emma is licensed to practice law in Ohio. Emma is accepting new clients and plans to actively engage in the firm’s civil litigation, estate planning, and small business practices. She and her husband, Dane, reside in Minster with their daughter.

About Travis Travis is an Of-Counsel Attorney at Faber and Associates, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in History and Political Science from Central Michigan University (2010) and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law (2014), where he served as an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Program. Travis is licensed in the states of Ohio and Indiana. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association, and the Order of Barristers. He also currently serves on the Board at Second National Bank, as well as Mercer Health Developmental Disabilities. Upon graduation from Ohio Northern, Travis joined Faber and Associates, LLC as an Associate Attorney and then as a Partner. Travis and his wife, Paige, live in Celina, Ohio with their lab, Tasha.

John Willamowski, Jr.
About John John is a Partner at Faber and Associates, LLC. He is a double graduate of Ohio Northern University where he received a B.A. in History in 2015 and his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude in 2019. While at Ohio Northern, John served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court program, Associate Editor of Law Review, a Member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, a Member of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team, Student Coach of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Team, won the Daniel S. Guy Appellate Advocacy competition, and was a Semi-Finalist in the Anthony J. Celebrezze Appellate Advocacy Competition. John is a member of the Order of Barristers, the Allen County Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Lima Exchange Club. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. John regularly handles civil and appellate matters in local courts and has argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio on multiple occasions. When not working, John enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughters.

Keith Faber
About Keith Keith is the Senior Partner at Faber and Associates, LLC. He holds a B.S. in Public Administration/Policy from Oakland University with a minor in Biology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is the founder and owner of Faber and Associates, LLC, where he oversees all areas of law and litigation. Keith is licensed in the states of Ohio and Indiana. Additionally, Keith is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana, Southern District of Indiana, and Northern District of Ohio. Keith is a Certified Ohio Mediator and has been active in mediation throughout his legal career. He has assisted in the successful resolution of a variety of disputes ranging from complex corporate, partnership, estate, and personal injury matters to routine issues between neighbors. He has a high settlement rate (80% plus) on average, and has had several years where he has boasted a 100% settlement rate. Keith has served the citizens of Ohio as State Representative for the 77th House District from 2000-2006; State Senator for the 12th Senate District from 2007-2017, where he served as President of the Senate from 2013-2017; and State Representative for the 84th House District from 2017-2019. Keith has served Ohioans as the Auditor of State since he took office in January 2019 and has limited his activities at the firm. Keith and his wife, Andrea, have two children, Adam and Brooke. They reside in Celina, Ohio.
