About Emma

Faber & Associates is pleased to announce that Emma (Schmiesing) Dahlinghaus has joined the firm as an Associate. A native of Minster, Emma is eager to begin her career committed to serving her local community. She is a 2018 graduate of Minster High School, where she was a dual sport Varsity athlete and member of the National Honor Society.

Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies from The Ohio State University in 2021, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton in 2025. While in Dayton, Emma was a member of the Leadership Honors Program, Dayton Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Women in Law and Leadership Organization. Emma is licensed to practice law in Ohio.

Emma is accepting new clients and plans to actively engage in the firm’s civil litigation, estate planning, and small business practices. She and her husband, Dane, reside in Minster with their daughter.
